Safer Printing

ELEGOO understands that 3D printing is becoming a popular home hobby. As such, the Mars Pro uses a silicone rubber seal attached to the cover to keep resin odor inside. Activated carbon filters the fumes before venting the purified air back out through the cooling fan.

Precise Performance

Z-axis stability is a common issue in lower quality printers, but the Mars Pro implements a linear guideway structure paired with anti-slip hexagon socket screws which boast high stable leveling results.

Efficient Construction

Affordability and low quality don’t have to come together. ELEGOO opted to use aluminum alloy for the resin vat for less weight while still being able to mark the fill line for safe operation. The silicone cover protects the surroundings with shatter-resistant materials all while keeping the total weight of the printer at 16.5 lb (7.48kg).

The simplified screen prioritizes the most important information for the print, machine, and systems at the touch of a button. Along with relocating the USB port to the front of the machine, this change makes trying different filaments or patterns less daunting of a task.

Matrix Light Source

Computers can only infer so much based on what is shown, meaning prominent and clear lighting is required for accurate reading and printing of in-progress jobs. The 28 LED lights operate at 50 watts at a UV wavelength of 405nm for uniform distribution allowing the system to scan and print even faster.
