How The Mini 4K 3D Printer Functions
The Phrozen OS Operation involves a 2.8 in (0.7 m) touch panel ChiTuBox V1.6.5 slicer software, with USB technology. The operating system uses Windows 7 and up, Mac OS X 10.7 and up. This enables you to match the exact design of your model design. With only a few taps on the screen, you are off and running. The external power supply is conveniently located in the back. The platform can be placed on the Z axis gantry and you can then calibrate the build plate to your model specifications. The information for the print is transferred to the unit via a USB flash drive. The resin then is funneled through the nozzle onto the platform (The Sonic Mini 4K has multi resin compatibility). The print begins with the first layer laid down on the build surface (laid down in only two seconds) and builds with subsequent layer lines one layer at a time until your creation is done. Soon you will have your ideas turn into high quality prints.
The Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K offers you multiple helpful features to help you in creating fine designs and intricate print models. The Monochrome LCD has a longer life expectancy that the RGB LCD screens. You can expect up to 2,000 hours of use. The Phrozen ParaLED module gives you a more uniform exposure, better heat dissipation and higher efficiency. The Sonic is compatible with most 405 nm resins, such as LCD, DLP, and even SLA UV resins.
