PRUSAMENT PC Blend 0.97kg 1.75mm Prusa Orange
Due to the unique development of this product, it is an excellent choice where tensile strength or impact resistance is needed. It is a good choice for mechanically stressed parts too. Additionally, it has high-temperature resistance when compared to other materials. Therefore it would be great for parts that are exposed to high heat.

Pros and Cons of the PRUSAMENT PC Blend
Pros
- It has fantastic electrical insulating properties.
- It displays very little hygroscopy. Therefore, you will not need to dry it before printing.
- It displays much better printing properties when compared to conventional polycarbonates. Therefore, the cracks in the layers are very rare. There is less warping during printing
- Fantastic adhesion to the printing sheet
- It does not contain styrene.
- When under mechanical stress, it displays good resistance to creep/cold flow
- It displays fantastic dimensional stability compared to other PCs printed on a 3d printer without an enclosure.
- It remains flexible and tough even at low temperatures.
- It is impact-resistant.
- It displays excellent mechanical resistance, very rigid and strong material.
- It displays high-temperature resistance up to 235 °F/113 °C (In comparison, PLA will begin to deform at temperatures around 131 °F/55 °C)
Cons
- It will need a separating agent on the print sheet
- It will produce a minor odor during printing
- It needs higher temperatures on the heatbed and the nozzle
It is likely to warp when printing larger models.
